Paw2Paws makes every effort to ship your regular in-stock items within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Please allow for extra time at holidays and busier seasons. Personalized orders require a few extra days and will usually ship within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. All shipping times are approximate and may ship out sooner, we will always do our very best to get your order out to you in the timeliest fashion available. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has shipped.
While we try to maintain adequate inventory levels, it may happen that due to unforeseen demand, some items become out of stock, if this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss time frames for receiving the item/s. If a discontinued item becomes out of stock, contact us with your need, so we may recommend other options that can work in its stead.
If you need an order in time for an upcoming event or special occasion, just let us know and we will try our best to make arrangements. There is a section on the order cart for customer notes where you can better explain your need. You can also call us to 1-877-996-2228 or email us to email@example.com. If it’s a rush or special order- please make sure to place that in the subject line so we can contact you as soon as possible to discuss options and help make that happen. We will do whatever we can to expedite for you when we can.
For special non-inventory, or large quantity orders, due to supplier time frames, some items may require up to 45 days, but let us know your needs so we can discuss the different options with you to expedite where, when and if we can.
Paw2Paws is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses given, refused shipments and/or and not limited, to lost packages. All packages are shipped, with tracking available. You will be sent an email when your order has shipped, partially or in full. Your order may be delayed if we are awaiting an item so we may ship in entirety. Once your package reaches its final destination, Paw2Paws has no further responsibility. We have no control of postal services once your package leaves us and is scanned for delivery.
Shipping Fees and Locations:
In most cases, we use USPS for standard shipping, but in some cases may also use UPS and/or FedEx. We offer free shipping for orders of $49.99 or more. For purchases below $49.99, we use a flat rate shipping fee that is auto calculated and will show in your cart. Where applies, all purchase values considered for flat rate shipping fees and free shipping options, are pre-tax dollars and after any coupon code has been applied. Free shipping may not apply to heavy or bulky items, where we may need to add an additional $5.00 fee. For instance; beds, carriers, large blankets, and heavy items. You will be notified at check out if this is the case. Most in-stock items will arrive at your doorstep 7-10 business days after receipt of your order, but in most cases quicker!
Special Locations: Flat Rate and Free shipping apply only to orders shipped within the Continental United States. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may incur an additional $5.00 fee which will be applied at checkout. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will also require additional days ( possibly a week more) to arrive. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional business days to arrive.
Priority services and expedited services are available and will incur additional costs.
We currently cannot ship internationally if the country requires, duty fees, customs tariffs and or VAT set by that country.

We do make a conscious effort to recycle and may reuse shipping packages that are in good shape.
